The city of Goodyear is improving a portion of Estrella/PebbleCreek Parkway under the Interstate 10 (I-10) overpass to increase vehicle capacity by adding a second left turn lane and a third thru lane for both northbound and southbound directions.

Scope
Estrella Parkway @ I-10 involves widening the street to allow for more traffic throughput on Estrella Parkway underneath the I-10. This includes a new retaining wall underneath the Interstate to replace the old slope wall, moving Roosevelt Irrigation District's irrigation pipeline out of the way to install new signal poles, reconfiguration of the previously mentioned signal poles, and new concrete/asphalt pavement.
